Anna is a super friendly, long legged, large pawed brown eyed girl who was picked up as a stray by a county shelter. She has a perfectly symmetrical Zorro-like mask that is quite striking.
Anna loves to play tug of war and chase with other dogs. With the help of her foster family, she has been working on her house manners and they are pleased with her progress. She walks well on leash is a good walking companion.
Anna loves human company and gives great hugs, always staying within sight and reach of her humans, wanting to sit next to them and even jump into the bed (if allowed) to curl up right next to them. She is really smart and (like many Huskies) learns quickly.
She tends to be a counter surfer, but has improved since she came to rescue, so we trust that guidance will continue to help her be the good Husky she is. Bread and pizza crust are not good for her tummy. Thankfully, bread is not essential for dogs and can be easily avoided.
Anna is celebrating that she is now Heartworm negative!! She is healthy, up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and spayed.
If you want someone that will appreciate you, just as you are, no questions asked – this is the girl for you. Fill out an adoption application at the upper left corner of this page, today.
